Our take on Devil's Hunt
Players looking for gun-based combat may bounce at the first sustained encounters, where Desmond's arsenal is built around fists, claws, and demonic abilities. Those expecting a branching role-playing system may also hit a wall when the game centers on cinematic story progression and three fighting schools.
What is Devil's Hunt?
Devil's Hunt is a third-person action adventure about Desmond, a former wealthy entrepreneur's son who gains demonic abilities after making a pact with the devil.
As his humanity fades and his desire for revenge grows, he battles angels and demons with fists, claws, and powers from both his human and infernal sides. Players can switch between these forms and select from three fighting schools during hack-and-slash encounters. The story unfolds through cinematic cutscenes and draws on the Polish novel series Equilibrium by Paweł Leśniak. Desmond travels through locations including Miami, Jerusalem, and hell before deciding what his actions mean for humanity's future.
