The player battles endless demon waves in an arena that continually changes, using seven ranged weapons and a soul grapple to move quickly around hazards. Ten demon types appear during the fight. Movement, positioning, and constant attacks are central to survival, while maintaining kills keeps the score multiplier active. The main objective is to survive as long as possible and pursue a high leaderboard score. The setting places a condemned demon hunter in Hell, where each run is a fight against the demon horde and the changing arena itself.
