Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players seeking real-time combat rather than turn-based encounters

- Players looking for a purely linear campaign without custom or community-made quests
Our take on Dark Quest 4
Rather than stopping at a fixed campaign, the game adds a Creator Mode where players construct dungeons and quests for others to explore. That user-generated layer departs from the usual dungeon-crawler structure of consuming only developer-made adventures.
What is Dark Quest 4?
Dark Quest 4 is a turn-based dungeon-crawling strategy adventure inspired by HeroQuest.
Players lead a party through 30 handcrafted quests set across multi-floor dungeons, facing more than 40 monster types, traps, magic, and combat choices. The roster includes up to 10 heroes with distinct statistics and powers. At the Hero Camp, heroes can be trained while new cards and abilities are unlocked. Online multiplayer and local couch co-op support groups of up to 3 players. Creator Mode allows players to construct quests and dungeons, then play, share, and discover community-made adventures.

Dark Quest 4 compared to similar games
Dark Quest 4 combines turn-based dungeon exploration, party management, cooperative play, and user-created quests. Shogun Showdown also uses turn-based combat, but centers on positioning, attack tiles, combos, skills, deck building, and a roguelike structure rather than a multi-hero dungeon campaign.
