Our take on Cyber Cult City
The city’s changing layouts and many upgrade paths receive substantial emphasis, while the mission structure is described more briefly: choose a sector route, assess modifiers, and take on missions that grow more complex.
What is Cyber Cult City?
Play as Cyber City’s mayor and battle the Cyber Cult across procedurally generated cities.
Scout with a hoverboard, gather loot, and choose missions with modifiers that affect each run. Combat uses five weapon types: ranged, melee, thrown, traps, and the hoverboard. Weapons gain upgrades through stat cards, while stackable perks grow stronger as they accumulate. Hacking applies to objects and enemies, and can also change the properties of power-ups. Drone parts and research tokens provide permanent unlocks, including upgrades carried between runs. Missions become more complex as progress continues, and players can leave a fight on the hoverboard to return later. Between levels, activities include shopping, dining, finding hidden buffs, and playing a minigame.
