Our take on Crystal Breaker
Rather than treating enemy contact as something to avoid, the game makes overlapping targets a central attack method. Its close-range crystal system and boost movement replace the usual distance-focused shooting pattern with aggressive approaches.
What is Crystal Breaker?
Crystal Breaker is a vertically scrolling shoot-'em-up centered on close-range attacks.
Shooting an enemy from nearby produces crystals, and collecting a certain number provides bonuses. The fighter can overlap enemy bodies without taking damage, allowing rapid approaches and direct attacks. A boost button enables high-speed movement for closing distance, destroying targets, or avoiding sniper bullets. Players choose between two fighter types: a standard model and a short-range power model. The game includes multiple stages that become available in sequence after each stage is cleared. Each stage also has a separate score attack, allowing completed sections to be replayed for score challenges.
