Our take on RagingBlasters
The emphasis on speed and destruction can suggest a larger action game, but the structure is compact: one 8-stage arcade route and a 3-minute score attack. Its scope is that of a focused arcade shooter rather than a campaign-driven title.
What is RagingBlasters?
RagingBlasters is a fast vertical-scrolling shoot-'em-up centered on destruction.
Arcade mode contains 8 stages, and the game is cleared by breaking through all of them. Three difficulty levels are available. Caravan mode is a 3-minute score attack. Scores are recorded both locally and online, allowing competition with other users. Two-player cooperative play is supported. Movement uses a directional stick, while three buttons control forward fire, wide fire, and speed changes. Button assignments can be changed. The main weapon switches between forward and wide shots during play. Items allow the sub-weapon to change among 5 distinct patterns.
