What is Containment Initiative?
Containment Initiative is a zombie shooter built for local two-player co-op on one PC.
One player uses VR while the other plays with a mouse and keyboard, and Steam Remote Play Together supports online participation. Weapons use reload actions modeled on their real-world counterparts. Progression includes unlockable guns, attachments, player upgrades, weapon skins, a melee weapon, and ammo upgrades. Missions include collecting supply crates, defending objectives, and providing sniper support while the VR player survives for as long as possible. Random loot drops add equipment and cosmetic rewards. Headshots can trigger slow motion with dismemberment and blood effects. Online leaderboards track attempts to reach the top with unlocked weapons and gear.
