Concrete Visions is a first-person psychological thriller combining survival horror, shooter, and beat ’em up elements.
Its gameplay focuses on melee combat, with fists, bottles, lead pipes, and kitchen knives joined by a revolver and shotgun. Environmental exploration takes place in Stonebrook, a deserted town where residents have disappeared and hostile inhabitants pursue the player. The story follows a search for answers, safety, and freedom through cold streets and overgrown areas. Crisps and other snacks restore health. The game includes varied enemies, a chilling OST, photo-sourced environments and character models, and hidden DOSMan appearances to locate in each level. Controls cover keyboard-and-mouse movement, interaction, flashlight use, weapon switching, jumping, crouching, shooting, melee attacks, and firearm reloading.
