Our take on Clan N
Players who do not enjoy rapid attack-and-defense decisions may hit the wall during encounters that require dodging, blocking, and selecting among light, heavy, and special attacks while advancing through enemy-filled sections.
What is Clan N?
Clan N is an arcade-style beat ’em up set in a far-eastern samurai world.
Players control one of four clan members, each with distinct weapons and magical abilities, while fighting through a story campaign spanning 7 levels and more than 50 sections. Combat includes light, heavy, and special attacks alongside dodging and blocking. Stages feature varied enemies, mid-level and end-level bosses, and minigames connected to the main campaign; those minigames can also be played separately. The game supports solo play as well as local or online cooperative sessions for up to 4 players. The story follows Clan N’s attempt to stop Akuji, a former samurai using spiritual imbalance to gain power and destroy peace.
