Our take on Circadian Dice
Each scenario resets the heroes and dice, limiting carryover from one challenge to the next. The trade-off is that unlocks persist across scenarios, so progression centers on expanding the available arsenal rather than retaining a run's individual build.
What is Circadian Dice?
Circadian Dice is a single-player strategy game in which players build up dice rather than a deck.
The game includes 10 heroes and 13 hand-crafted scenarios, each playable in Normal or Hard mode. Runs take 10 to 30 minutes. Players upgrade six-sided dice for attacks, wealth generation, magic, or stat boosts, and use limited resources to defeat enemies. Heroes and dice reset after each scenario, while unlocked upgrades, relics, abilities, and modifiers persist. The game has 60 relics, more than 110 abilities, 66 enemies, and 27 bosses. Most enemies can be captured in dice for bonuses and attacks tied to their attributes. Unlockable modes include an endless randomized scenario and a campaign offering a longer roguelike experience.

Men of War: Assault Squad focuses on large-scale World War II strategy and direct control of units, rather than short runs built around dice and skirmishes.
