Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players seeking standard chess on a fixed-size board may hit a wall when the map expands after each turn.

- Players looking for a deep narrative campaign may find the game’s structure focused on survival and battlefield objectives.
Our take on Chess Destroyer
Chess players may bounce off when the familiar board stops staying familiar: each turn enlarges the map, enemies accumulate, and quests can add units outside standard chess exchanges. The shift from positional play to survival management is the main point where traditional chess expectations may stop fitting.
What is Chess Destroyer?
Chess Destroyer uses familiar chess movement with added rules and a growing battlefield.
The board expands after each turn while additional enemies appear. Pawns can defeat opposing units to capture them, and simple quests shown in the lower-left corner can provide new friendly units. The objective is to eliminate enemies, locate allies, protect the king, and survive for as long as possible. The game’s premise follows a king who leaves the original battlefield with two pawns and reaches another board that continues to grow.
