Our take on Broken Edge
The defining mechanic is the weapon duel: blades can be broken, and fighters must manage blocking, strikes, and their own weapon’s condition.
What is Broken Edge?
Broken Edge is a sword-fighting game built around one-on-one duels, playable online or solo in VR and mixed reality.
Choose from eight fighters, including a Viking, Samurai, Knight, Barbarian, Pirate, Ronin, Duelist, or Tyrant. Each fighter uses a distinct style. During combat, players can break an opponent’s weapon, target weak points, and decide when to block or strike while preserving their own blade. Learning techniques awakens each weapon’s power. Solo modes include facing opponents and training in a dojo, while online play lets fighters compete and climb the ranks. Arenas reflect the histories associated with the characters.
