Our take on Blind Justice
The premise foregrounds moral conflict and consequential rulings, but the store text gives little detail about how cases are resolved in practice. It names several pressures on the judge without explaining how they shape the decision process.
What is Blind Justice?
Set in a small Soviet village near the Iron Curtain, this strategy game casts the player as a judge sent with their family to bring order.
Each case calls for a ruling shaped by personal moral judgment, local opinion, instructions from superiors, family needs, and the possibility of taking money. The village faces unrest and scarce supplies. Cases, characters, and world events are procedurally generated, bringing variation to the situations the player encounters. Decisions carry consequences as the player balances service to the USSR against private interests and the demands of the surrounding community.
