What is BlazeSky?
BlazeSky is a space-faring action RPG following a lone pilot whose decisions can alter the destiny of a galaxy.
The journey spans 30 individually crafted star systems, where missions come from NPCs and threats include raiders, alien factions, beings from another dimension, and hostile artificial intelligences. Objectives range from fighting and surveying to rescue work, research, and negotiation. Players can fly 50 ships, each with its own traits, and improve hulls, shields, armaments, and alien devices while modifying their weapons. Battles unfold across a flat two-dimensional field viewed through a three-dimensional pursuit camera. The narrated campaign lasts more than 25 hours and features 12 NPC companions. The package also provides a screenshot mode and a bespoke musical score.
