What is Black & White?
Black & White pairs a dystopian visual novel with turn-based tactical stages.
The story follows memories of twelve main characters and conversations with a mysterious girl, while presenting a conflict between the White Church, associated with order and reason, and the Black Cinder Crow, associated with freedom and culture. Each of the twelve characters has a branch story. The game includes more than 250,000 words, nearly 100 characters, and over 400 CGs or story maps.
Its campaign begins with character stories and guided, less difficult stages. After collecting all 12 characters, players can assemble a team and take on 28 challenge stages to open further story material and achievements. Character skills unlock through story progress or achievements, allowing different team combinations.
