Our take on ATOMEGA
Players who want to commit to one stable combat role may bounce off when mass collection changes their character's size and strengths. The tactical tradeoff becomes especially pronounced at larger forms: greater firepower comes with a bigger target profile.
What is ATOMEGA?
ATOMEGA is a first-person multiplayer arena shooter where players collect cubes of mass to gain points and evolve into larger forms.
Matches are won by the player with the most points at the end. Forms have different strengths: smaller ones can move unseen, while larger ones bring greater strength and firepower but are easier targets. Players fight up to seven opponents across different arenas, collecting power-ups for temporary abilities and using teleportation to escape danger. Tactics include managing size, using arena knowledge, and teaming up against larger opponents. The vendor also describes a 2026 testing effort for new content, with community feedback shared through Steam Community Hub and Discord.
