Our take on ZombieZoid® Zenith
Players who rely on a single weapon may hit a wall when the baseball bat breaks or water-pistol ammunition runs out. Those who depend on rapid firing may also struggle during the Blunderbuss reload, when enemies can keep attacking.
What is ZombieZoid® Zenith?
ZombieZoid® Zenith follows Arthur as he travels through a town overrun by zombies to reach his girlfriend.
The game has 12 levels, beginning in Arthur’s invaded home and continuing through streets and other locations. Arthur can fight with a baseball bat, water pistols, bottles of holy water, popcorn, water grenades, and holy-water grenades. Some weapons have trade-offs: the bat can break, water pistols use ammunition quickly, and the Blunderbuss takes longer to reload. Popcorn can draw zombies away, while holy water changes their behavior. Arthur also has special attacks, including a vortex, a forward-moving fire attack, and a jump that strikes nearby enemies. Levels include enemies such as Judith, Father Damien, Mack, Otto, and the Mother in Law.
