Our take on Z-Warp
The focus on repeated combat and score pursuit leaves little room for activities beyond shooting and survival. Story mode gives the action a mission framework, but the main structure remains wave-based encounters, with Endless mode extending that same format.
What is Z-Warp?
Z-Warp is a vertical shoot-'em-up set in space, where a pilot searches for the black box of a missing experimental ship.
Its pixel-art presentation accompanies waves of enemies that attack with bullet patterns. The ship can fire different shot types and use bombs, while a charged special clears nearby enemies. Skillful play increases the score multiplier. Story mode follows the recovery mission, while Endless mode provides a continuing survival challenge. Both modes focus on avoiding enemy fire, attacking, and pursuing high scores, with massive bosses appearing among the foes.
