Our take on Wizardry: Labyrinth of Lost Souls
Rather than centering a single hero, this RPG makes the party itself the main unit of play. Character creation, class changes, retreat decisions, and town preparation replace a more direct adventure structure with expedition planning and group management.
What is Wizardry: Labyrinth of Lost Souls?
Build a six-person party by selecting from eight classes and five races, then assign each member a gender and moral alignment.
Explore several dungeons from a central town, where monsters attack in groups and poor decisions can end an expedition. Return between journeys to speak with locals, accept quests, visit the temple, buy equipment, and decide when to withdraw. Characters can change class during the adventure or develop their primary class for additional party skills. The game includes more than 100 monster types, English and Japanese text, Japanese voiceovers, high-resolution graphics, a Turbo Mode, and all story DLC. A free Growth Fruit DLC provides an additional boost during character creation.

Planescape: Torment: Enhanced Edition is presented around an unconventional story, characters, and exploration, while Back to the Dawn centers on surviving, investigating, and escaping a prison. Tales of Symphonia emphasizes an epic battle for survival across two connected worlds rather than the listed dungeon-crawling and party-management structure.
