Our take on Silent Hope
Its defining structure is a seven-hero expedition system: characters can be changed during Abyss runs, while each one also contributes a separate job at the Base Camp.
What is Silent Hope?
Silent Hope follows seven heroes summoned by a princess to investigate the Abyss and the ruined kingdom below.
Each hero has a distinct combat role, from balanced fighter to ranged specialist and heavy attacker, with new abilities gained through experience. Crystals found during exploration allow character changes or returns to the Base Camp. The camp supports crafting through character-specific jobs, including alchemy, blacksmithing, and cooking, using recipes and materials recovered from the Abyss. Dungeon layouts change whenever the Abyss is entered, while Memory Rifts offer additional rewards alongside greater challenges. The princess narrates the journey in a fairy-tale-style story about the king, his daughter, and the kingdom’s lost ability to speak.

- 03Changing Abyss Layouts
- The dungeon uses a new arrangement each time it is entered, and Memory Rifts add optional rewards with increased challenges.
- 04Character Switching
- Crystals discovered in the Abyss let the player change heroes or return to Base Camp.
