Our take on Witch Explorer
Players who want a slow opening may bounce when enemy waves begin: the game centers on fighting them while gathering resources and upgrading Tia. Those seeking a large tower roster may also reach the limit at seven elementals, each with a different ability.
What is Witch Explorer?
Witch Explorer combines shoot ’em up combat with tower defense.
Players take the role of Tia, an apprentice witch, and face waves of enemies while collecting resources and upgrading her character. Seven elemental towers have different abilities, adding tactical choices to the defenses. The story follows Tia and Doll, a magical lifeform she created, as they search for treasure in the Cave of No Return. Tia’s magic item shop is burdened with debt, and the pair set out to find treasure to buy back the shop and its mortgaged grimoires. The game also includes eight distinct boss fights.
