Our take on Wish Project
Wish Project departs from the strictly solo structure common to many shoot 'em ups by including simultaneous local co-op. It also pairs a casual setting with a hardcore option, shifting between slower bullet patterns and a shieldless challenge within the same stage-based format.
What is Wish Project?
This vertical scrolling shooter offers six stages, four settings from casual through hardcore, and eight selectable characters.
More characters and play modes become available as players progress. Two people can play together on the same local system. Bombs remove hazards, while certain difficulty settings provide a shield that permits two hits; the toughest setting removes that protection. Every stage includes a gold-medal target, and scoring supports repeated runs aimed at improving mastery. Gentler settings slow enemy projectiles, while higher levels can fill the screen with overwhelming fire.
