Our take on Winged Sakura: Mindy's Arc
The focus on temporary, stationary Spirits supports careful targeting and pausing, but limits direct movement during encounters. Progression also extends beyond the main story through equipment systems, shop expansion, and an endless survival mode.
What is Winged Sakura: Mindy's Arc?
Winged Sakura: Mindy's Arc combines wave defense with RPG progression in a story about Mindy Akumori, who has amnesia and is trapped in an unknown dimensional world.
Players summon stationary Spirits, control each Spirit's target, and pause encounters to plan and queue actions. Spirits remain active for only a few seconds and disappear if an enemy collides with them. The game includes 16 Spirits, each capable of reaching level 99, plus a skill tree with 12 active and 8 passive skills. Completing levels can permanently add items to the shop.
Equipment can be crafted and enchanted up to level 99. After the main game, Survival Mode offers endless play and four additional Spirits. Steam Leaderboards require an internet connection for full functionality.
