Our take on White Noise 2
Rather than keeping every participant on the same side, the game divides a match into four investigators and one creature. Eliminated investigators also remain involved as ghosts, replacing a standard death-and-spectate structure with a support role after defeat.
What is White Noise 2?
White Noise 2 is an asymmetric horror game built around matches between four investigators and one creature.
Investigators explore an area together, manage flashlight battery and sanity, search for eight tapes, and cooperate to avoid becoming separated. The creature hunts from concealment, uses powers to evade or disrupt the team, summons totems that detect nearby investigators, and tries to stop the tape collection. Eliminated investigators return as ghosts with enhanced exploration abilities and can assist those still searching. Matches include matchmaking for playing with friends, and players can choose a side or leave the choice to chance. Progress unlocks characters and flashlights with different specializations, including options focused on stealth, speed, battery life, or exploration.
