Our take on The Goatman
The bounce point arrives when equipment runs out: the hunt shifts from using traps, explosives, and drones to reading the electronic compass, searching buildings, and handling threats encountered along the way.
What is The Goatman?
The Goatman is an online co-op hunting game set after a 2019 emergency call from Greenfield village, where a goat-like demon is blamed for attacks on people and animals.
Players choose among three soldiers or three animal characters and coordinate a hunting approach around that choice. Equipment includes lights, explosives, mines, traps, drones, cameras, C4, and an electronic compass. When supplies run low, the team searches buildings for additional resources while monitoring threats such as snakes and crows. The map includes two villages, a barn, church, graveyard, and bridge. Matches include changing weather, a day-and-night cycle, and world events.
