Our take on Virus Petya
Instead of the usual adventure journey or simulation management loop, the game centers on emergency computer maintenance. Its main disruption is a deletion control that changes position after each attempt while the infection keeps progressing.
What is Virus Petya?
Play as a system administrator responding to the Petya virus across ten computers.
Move between machines and attempt to remove the infection before it reaches full progress. Each removal attempt changes where the deletion control appears, while the virus continues advancing toward a 100% completion level. A computer becomes blocked when the virus reaches that level. Victory requires keeping at least one of the ten computers uninfected. The game also presents the virus’s infection process during play and is based on real events.
