Our take on Viral Execution
The repeated-attempt structure makes learning each stage central to progress, but that focus leaves little room for a run that moves forward without failure and replay.
What is Viral Execution?
Viral Execution is a first-person shooter set in a world where a virus has turned much of the population into enemies.
Players choose from 21 characters and fight through ten levels, eliminating enemies, managing limited ammunition and collecting antidotes before time runs out. Each stage uses trial and error: players learn enemy encounters and how to use their ammunition to progress. The game includes five difficulty modes, boss encounters, and a choice of first- or third-person perspective. Weapons can be customized for each battle. The core loop is to start a level, fight, die, and repeat until its challenge is mastered.
