Our take on Five Nights at Tinky's
The focused office-defense design limits movement during the main shifts. Much of the play centers on monitoring entrances, vents, lights, and monster behavior, trading broad exploration for repeated observation and response.
What is Five Nights at Tinky's?
Five Nights at Tinky's is a horror trial-and-error game about working as a night guard at Tinkys Lasagne Place.
Each shift takes place in a small room with one hallway entrance and two vents. A tablet controls the vent doors, while buttons operate the main doors. Lights and a flashlight reveal activity, but using the light incorrectly can expose the player to certain monsters. The main story contains five progressively harder nights and an additional challenge night, with multiple-choice endings.
After each shift, players can explore for clues about the location. Four monsters have distinct abilities and weaknesses. Completing the main game unlocks custom nights and endless nights, including a Steam leaderboard, plus office customization and random tradeable, marketable item drops.
