Our take on Use Your Words
Rather than centering on combat, exploration, or character development, this party game makes written jokes the primary form of play. Its rounds turn subtitles, captions, sentence gaps, and survey prompts into competitive group activities, with spectators joining the voting.
What is Use Your Words?
Use Your Words is a local party game for 3–6 players, with room for up to 1,000 spectators who can watch and vote.
Players use smartphones or tablets to respond to prompts across four mini-games: writing subtitles for foreign-film clips, completing sentences, captioning unusual photos, and answering a rapid-fire survey round. Players who need an answer can choose from preset “House Answers” to create traps for other participants. A Family Mode filters adult or controversial prompts. The game supports HTML5-enabled devices as controllers, and remote participants can join through streaming or video conferencing. All included content is in English.
