Our take on Unsung Knight
Players who do not want deck management may hit the main wall after each monster fight, when choosing one of three cards shapes the deck. The card-purchase and removal choices at springs add further decisions during map progression.
What is Unsung Knight?
Unsung Knight combines deck construction with roguelike progression as an unknown warrior seeks to rescue the Holy Crusader army and confront the Lord of Darkness.
After each monster encounter, players select one card from three options. Map springs allow cards to be bought or removed, and a woodland store becomes available following a boss victory. Treasure chests provide items that modify card attributes, raise the energy cap, or increase the knight’s health. On areas lacking a boss, defeating every monster opens a portal to the next region. The final stage of each chapter features a boss fight. Content includes 133 cards, 31 items, 50 enemy varieties with distinct decks and play patterns, plus 15 different random events.
