Follow Zhuge Liang, Liu Bei, Guan Yu, and Zhang Fei through an eight-chapter campaign set during the wars of the late Eastern Han period.
Turn-based battles use physical attacks, tactics, character skills, items, formations, and morale. More than 200 generals appear, with over 50 available for recruitment through story events and hidden discoveries. Characters use eight core attributes, learn individual active and passive skills, and can gain tactics at different levels.
Search towns, villages, inns, and other locations for hidden equipment and items. Equipment can be forged using soul stones, while strategist talents, formations, and character abilities can be combined for different party roles. After completing the game, a second playthrough unlocks all generals from the beginning, inherited items, expanded talents, additional recruits, and altered enemy encounters.
