Our take on TOKYO CHRONOS
Its defining structure is a VR mystery visual novel in which eight people are trapped in a silent Shibuya, while player choices shape multiple possible endings.
What is TOKYO CHRONOS?
TOKYO CHRONOS is a VR visual novel set in a strangely empty Shibuya, where eight childhood friends, including protagonist Kyosuke Sakurai, are gathered.
A blood-red message appears on an electronic billboard: “I am dead. Who killed me? ” Kyosuke must investigate the enclosed city, uncover the cause of the phenomenon, and find a way out. The story includes multiple-choice decisions and more than one ending across approximately 15 hours of gameplay. The VR presentation also includes 360-degree opening and ending music videos, plus close-range interactions with heroines. Its background connects the Shibuya mystery to disappearances associated with a proposed parallel world called Chronos World.
