Kikumaru’s ordinary life changes during his grandfather’s funeral when a gun-wielding catgirl attacks and his younger sister becomes a tanuki-eared ninja girl.
A cat-eared woman named Touka arrives and identifies Kikumaru as Saiga Kikumaru, his protector. The story introduces demi-humans and other beings who served as ninjas during the Sengoku period and still exist in Japan. Kikumaru was born into the Saiga family, which acts as an intermediary between this hidden world and mainstream society. NEKO-NIN exHeart SPIN! is a single-route, kinetic visual novel with three new heroines. It includes Japanese voices except for the main character, a mode for replaying voiced lines, and a CG gallery.
