The speed control is prominent, but it changes how quickly waiting periods pass rather than the underlying battle tasks. Capturing cities still depends on infantry, while production and defensive attacks happen automatically.
What is TinyWar high-speed?
TinyWar high-speed is an 8-bit-style real-time strategy game built around capturing towns.
Players spend funds earned from their cities to place buildings on red territory. Production buildings create armies automatically, while defensive buildings attack opposing forces; infantry are the only units that can occupy cities. Stages begin with a choice among four randomly displayed maps, which can be changed repeatedly. After a win, players select a building or special ability, with choices expanding as stages progress. Abilities include calling units, repairing structures, gaining funds, and damaging enemy forces or buildings. A speed control with 9 settings can shorten a stage to 5–10 minutes by speeding up waiting periods. Later stages add towns and increase the enemy's starting funds.
