Our take on Constructor Plus
Its defining structure combines property development with direct rivalry: town income, tenant management, and expansion are tied to disrupting opponents through undesirables, gangs, casinos, and resource theft.
What is Constructor Plus?
Constructor Plus is a town-building simulation in which property developers turn basic housing into a managed city of tenants, businesses, casinos, skyscrapers, commissions, and monuments.
Players can choose from over 147 buildings across 17 worlds, including country settings, tropical locations, the Moon, Mars, and Uranus. Tenants have different personalities and demands, while rival developers can be disrupted through undesirables, gangs, cockroaches, and other attacks. The game includes 65 pre-built scenarios, story missions, nine learning missions, a Town Designer, classic mode, and online multiplayer. Time can be slowed or paused so orders can be issued before play resumes. Retail units provide passive income and town bonuses, while casinos require strategic placement and protection.
