We tell you who should skip it, too.

Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players seeking a slow-paced or non-combat experience may find the focus on biting humans and avoiding weapons too action-oriented.
- Players who prefer a fixed protagonist and unchanged progression may not want a horde that grows and evolves through play.
- Players looking for a detailed historical World War II simulation may find the alternate zombie premise a mismatch.
Our take on They Are Coming!
Rather than centering on human soldiers or conventional battle tactics, this action game casts the player as a zombie that recruits a horde by biting people. Its wartime setting gives way to a premise that also reaches modern times and the future.
What is They Are Coming!?
Control a zombie in an alternate take on the 1944 Battle of the Bulge, where a failed Wunderwaffe releases the undead.
Bite humans to recruit them into a growing horde, then move through stages populated by people to attack and hazards to avoid. Machine guns, mortars, and tank shells threaten the zombie as it pursues brains. Stages also contain secrets and challenges to find. Actions contribute to a final score and the horde’s evolution. The premise extends beyond Ardennes and World War II, with humans from modern times and the future also mentioned.
