Our take on The You Testament: The 2D Coming
Instead of presenting a fixed heroic campaign, this action RPG turns a biblical epic into a changeable simulation. Real-time events, editable characters, legal consequences, and moral powers replace a single prescribed route through the story.
What is The You Testament: The 2D Coming?
This 2D side-scrolling action RPG places players in a real-time biblical world spanning 30 historical locations.
Follow a prophet, interact with hundreds of characters who hold different values and allegiances, and choose whether to repeat or rewrite events. Weapon-based combat is accompanied by health management, taxes, crimes, and legal punishments. Up to 24 supernatural powers support opposing moral paths. The game includes more than 50 interactive stories with scriptural references for further reading.
