Our take on Family Man
The bounce point arrives when earning money becomes a moral trade-off rather than a simple objective. Players who want family relationships to remain separate from mission choices may hit the wall as decisions can affect marriage, the child relationship, and the neighborhood.
What is Family Man?
Family Man is a story-led RPG set in Riverport.
Joe owes money to the mob and has three weeks to repay it. Players can earn cash through legal work such as flipping burgers, or accept illegal jobs that bring in more money while affecting family relationships. Decisions influence the neighborhood, household, marriage, and relationship with Joe’s child. The game includes dozens of missions and stories to resolve, along with perks that reflect different play styles. Choices also determine whether the family grows stronger or breaks down, and lead to multiple possible endings.
