Slayers X follows the X Slayers as they fight the Psyko Syndikate, a group using Hackblood to bring enemies to life and pursue world domination.
The campaign begins at the Steel Sewer, described as the faction’s secret base, and sends the player to places including a room, sewer, playground, store, laundromat, pizzeria, computer, and a July 4th fair. Combat includes seven choices: S-Blade, Double Pistols, Glass Blaster, Explosive Sludge Launcher, X100 Rapid Mutilator, Triple Helix Missile Launcher, and Hackblood Power. The maps support blowing up everything, and the game includes original music by Seepage and Psyko Syndikate. Development began in 1998 with designs created by the author and a friend.
