Our take on The Sheriff
Rather than centering action on direct firefights, this game makes suspicion and disguise the main contest. Its two-role structure turns a small village into a social search space, while round-based power choices replace a fixed match pattern with shifting tools for deception and detection.
What is The Sheriff?
The Sheriff is a 1v1 infiltration and hide-and-seek game set in a small Far West village.
One player becomes the Outlaw, disguises themselves as a villager, reaches crime targets, and may attempt to kill the Sheriff unnoticed. The other player takes the Sheriff’s role, watches the townspeople, reacts to incidents, and tries to identify the criminal. Matches use multiple maps, and each player selects one power from three options at the start of each round. The game includes more than 10 powers for each role, including smoke bombs, animal vision, and ground decoys. These choices alter how players conceal themselves, observe the village, and misdirect their opponent.
