Our take on The Seeker
Players who rely on a clean stealth run may hit a wall as soon as an alarm is triggered: the system adds doors and tougher or additional enemies, and further mistakes raise the challenge.
What is The Seeker?
The Seeker is a top-down action and stealth game about a drone searching the remains of humanity on EPC-221.
Each level keeps its basic layout but randomizes enemies, items, alarms, cameras, turrets, and doors. Players move through barriers, avoid detection, gather evidence and points, and reach the exit while pursuing the AI and the drone’s owner. Triggering an alarm changes the level by adding doors and activating tougher or additional enemies; repeated mistakes increase the difficulty and the end-of-level money reward. Points collected during a run can be spent on upgrades, weapons, charges, decoys, fake walls, and hacking abilities. Player appearance can be customized, and community-created skins and other additions are supported through Steam Workshop.
How The Seeker plays

- 03Point-Based Upgrades
- Collected points can be spent on weapons, charges, decoys, fake walls, and hacking abilities.
- 04Player Customization
- Steam Workshop support allows community skins and additions such as models, particles, and effects.
