What is La Sombra?
La Sombra is a stealth adventure set during a party at Luxe Tec, where a cat burglar enters to steal the Emerald Tiara.
When terrorists attack the building and threaten to detonate a bomb, she must decide whether to continue the theft or confront them. Her experimental CodeBreaker device uses radio waves to hack electronic equipment remotely. The game combines retro stealth with light metroidvania mechanics. Possible objectives include retrieving the tiara, saving hostages, or escaping. Its visual style draws on Saul Bass’s movie posters and title sequences, while the soundtrack recalls spy and heist films from the seventies and eighties.
