Our take on Terrinoth®: Heroes of Descent
The game replaces a single continuous adventure with a company of heroes, four Chapters, and self-contained Missions intended for one-night sessions. Its board-game-inspired structure also allows additional players to enter during a dungeon, rather than requiring the group to begin together.
What is Terrinoth®: Heroes of Descent?
Lead a group of adventurers through Terrinoth in a turn-based tactical RPG based on the Descent board game series.
Its original prequel story spans four Chapters, divided into self-contained Missions. Explore 20 dungeons with distinct environments, voiced story scenes, side quests, and dialogue that changes with the party. Choose from eight adventurers, develop their skills and perks through leveling, and upgrade equipment at the Forge. Battles use positioning, elevation, line of sight, timing, multi-character combinations, and Synergy attacks. The campaign supports solo play and online co-op, with friends able to join during a dungeon. Each Mission is structured for completion in one evening and offers replayability.
