What is Sumiii?
Sumiii is a short arcade challenge built around evasive movement.
Players guide a squid through swimming sections where contact with any hazard causes death, then try again to advance through the levels. Diagonal movement is unavailable, keeping the controls limited while strange creatures introduce new threats. The game draws inspiration from The Maze and was remade from the developer’s earlier Crazy Aems game. The experience lasts between 1 and 3 hours and includes a small ending animation and song. Its presentation uses minimalist graphics and interface elements. It excludes advertisements, loot boxes, guns, violence, gore, relaxing gameplay, cute dialogue, and an emotional story.
