The first story follows an empire’s decline under a former hero turned tyrant, as a rebellion gathers 108 Stars of Destiny. The second follows the hero and Jowy, members of the Unicorn Youth Brigade, as tensions rise between the Highland Kingdom and the City-States of Jowston after a truce.
