Our take on Sue Shi Survival
Rather than centering the genre on a single hero and familiar fantasy threats, the game turns a sushi chef's past work into its enemy roster. Its short floor structure and restaurant-based premise replace conventional survival settings with timed combat against supernatural sea creatures.
What is Sue Shi Survival?
Sue Shi Survival is a survival roguelite about a sushi chef facing ghosts of sea creatures killed in the restaurant.
Runs descend through floors in five-minute stages, combining close combat and movement with a choice of character and weapon. Defeated enemies provide levels and randomized abilities, creating different combinations during each run. Standard mode leads to a final boss, while Blitz mode speeds up the action for approximately 10-minute runs. Scales earned during runs unlock weapons, runes, and soundtracks. The game includes 13 characters, more than 100 abilities, over 15 weapons, Torment levels, a Curse system, and permanent rune buffs.
