What is Spellbind?

Spellbind follows Valhonis Lionaire, the last survivor of a group of skilled warriors, on a quest chosen by the king.

Set in 522 AD, the adventure takes him into a castle in a kingdom overtaken by evil, where he must find and defeat a dragon. Progress involves locating keys to open doors and reaching new areas. Enemies appear along the way, while puzzles and obstacles stand between Valhonis and deeper parts of the castle. Spells and new weapons found during the journey increase his fighting abilities. The game combines castle exploration, combat, item collection, and puzzle-solving as Valhonis works toward the dragon at the heart of the quest.
