Our take on Sonar Beat
Instead of presenting notes as a conventional lane or track, the game sends them around a spiral radar field. Missed targets remain active and move inward, turning musical timing into a spatial threat that can compound during a run.
What is Sonar Beat?
Sonar Beat is a rhythm arcade game set around a submarine under attack.
Notes form a spiral on a radar-like interface, while a sensor cone detects enemies moving toward the center. Each enemy must be destroyed when the cone reaches it; missed targets continue advancing and can end the run. Enemy positions vary between plays, combining musical timing with procedural unpredictability. The game includes 12 electronic tracks with underwater themes, different visual styles for each song, multiple enemy types and beat patterns, online leaderboards, and score sharing through social media. Cross-platform play and saves allow progress, user data, and highscores to carry between mobile, computer, and console versions.
How Sonar Beat plays
- 01Spiral Note Layout
- Missed notes remain in play and travel inward toward the center, where reaching them ends the run.

- 04Cross-Platform Saves
