Play it if you…
Good fit- Solitaire fans who want turn-based combat and character progression

- Strategy players who like combining spells and items into different builds
Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players seeking real-time combat or movement-based battles may find the card-focused turns restrictive
- Players who prefer a fixed campaign may not enjoy repeated journeys with changing encounters and roguelike progression
- Players looking for a traditional solitaire game without RPG combat or fantasy progression may find the added systems excessive
Our take on Solitairica
The store presentation foregrounds build variety and an unusually large number of possible combinations. The actual structure remains centered on solitaire turns, card manipulation, and repeated roguelike journeys, so the breadth comes from combining systems within that format.
What is Solitairica?
Solitairica combines solitaire card play with turn-based RPG combat and roguelike progression.
Each journey pits the player against changing enemies with different traits. Spells draw on four energies: attack effects destroy cards, defense effects provide armor or counterattacks, agility effects reveal or alter cards, and willpower effects restore health or channel arcane power. Items and spells can be combined into different combat builds and combos. Journeys also provide wildstone, which unlocks upgrades and classes that alter play. Deck improvements include Ace, King, and Queen cards that provide effects during battle. The objective is to recover the stolen hearts of Myriodd and defeat Emperor Stuck.

Solitairica compared to similar games
Solitairica uses solitaire as the basis for turn-based RPG combat, with spells, items, deck improvements, and class unlocks across journeys. Shogun Showdown instead uses positional turn-based battles, attack tiles, skills, and deck building before facing the Shogun. Both use roguelike progression, but their combat systems and upgrade components differ.
