Snow goddess Sayuki sets out for a mountain inhabited by demons and ghosts after learning that a human boy she loves has been cursed.
With her pet snow rabbit, Toto, she searches for ingredients for a cure. This retro-style scrolling shooter lets Sayuki move in every direction, with the screen following her movement, while enemies attack from all sides. Chained attacks can freeze enemies. Each level ends with a giant boss, and collecting hidden snow fairies unlocks a time attack mode against bosses. A cooperative mode lets a friend join Sayuki in fighting enemies.
